I wanted to update you since my last correspondence on July 27, 2020.
Manufacturing operations at SHECO Industries (Southern Heat Exchanger, Worldwide Exchangers, and Worldwide Air Coolers) are continuing in all four (4) of our plants and all office activities continue either on site or remotely as roles dictate. We continue to operate based on the US Department of Homeland Security CISA guidance on Critical Infrastructure as the employees of SHECO Industries fall under the Critical Manufacturing description.

As noted in my previous update, manufacturing operations at our Tuscaloosa, Alabama location were suspended for three (3) days due to a positive COVID-19 test result. We resumed normal operations in Tuscaloosa at 7:00 AM Friday June 19, 2020….

I want to give you all an update, since the last one on June 3, on our employees currently affected in some form or fashion by the COVID-19 virus.
Employee 13 (Tuscaloosa Hourly) Employee was told to stay home from work as he had contact with an individual that was in contact with another person who tested positive for COVID-19 on June 2, 2020. Employee has no symptoms as of this writing. Return to work set for June 8, 2020.
Employee 14 (Tuscaloosa Salary) Employee’s wife was at a training event and sat next to a person whose spouse was required to be tested for COVID-19. Allegedly someone on his line at his place of employment tested positive for COVID-19. Test results for the spouse are expected over the weekend.
Employee 15 (Tuscaloosa Salary) Employee’s family member came into contact on May 27, 2020 with an individual who tested positive for COVID-19. No symptoms shown by employee since contact but employee will remain away from the office until June 8, 2020.

Local Curfew Orders

As I am sure all of you are aware, curfew orders are being issued in many cities and municipalities due to the current civil unrest in our nation. For those of you that must travel to and from work during times when a curfew may be active, I ask that you first and foremost
maintain your personal safety by avoiding as much as possible areas that may be experiencing civil unrest. Second, please remember to keep with you the attached letter and company ID which were issued to you back in March. SHECO Industries Response Plan – COVID-19 VIRUS
To My Fellow Co-Workers:
As noted in previous correspondence, our current Response Level 3 was to be evaluated toward the end of May in light of recent state reopening’s in Alabama, Oklahoma and Texas. It has been decided that we will continue at Response Level 3 through June 30, 2020 in all four of our operating locations. If conditions warrant, the Company will adjust the response level by location and will communicate this with each of you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

This evening, the Honorable Mayor Walter Maddox of the City of Tuscaloosa issued an Executive Order of the Mayor, Number 2020-007, regarding the 24 Hour Public Safety Curfew (A20-0435). A copy of the Mayor’s Executive Order may be found at the following web link:

This Executive Order goes into effect at 10:00 PM on March 28, 2020 and expires at Midnight April 11, 2020.

INFORMATIONAL ANNOUNCEMENT – COVID-19 VIRUS
To My Fellow Co-Workers:
First, I wanted to give you all an update on how our quarantined Tuscaloosa Plant 1 Shop
employee and his family are doing. I am happy to report that as of this afternoon, he continues
to report that they are all fine with no symptoms. This is good news and assuming no change,
he will return to work this Friday, March 27, 2020 and we look forward to his return.
Second, a second Tuscaloosa Plant 1 Shop employee reported on late Friday March 20, 2020
that a friend of his may have been exposed to COVID-19 and is being tested. Out of an
abundance of caution, the employee has agreed to self-quarantine pending the test results in
order to protect his fellow co-workers. Test results are expected any day now. We will advise

UPDATE – SUPPLY CHAIN STABILITY AND THE COVID-19 VIRUS
To Our Valued Customers, Suppliers and Friends:
I wanted to update you since my last correspondence on March 19, 2020. I am able to report that as of this date SHECO Industries (Southern Heat Exchanger, Worldwide Exchangers, Worldwide Air Coolers) is not experiencing disruptions in material supply, production, lead time, or delivery at this time. Manufacturing operations are continuing in all four (4) of our plants and all office activities continue either on site or remotely as roles dictate.

First, I wanted to give you all an update on how our quarantined Tuscaloosa Plant 1 Shop employee and his family are doing. I am happy to report that as of this morning, he has reported that they are all fine with no symptoms. This is good news and I ask you all to keep them in your prayers.

INFORMATIONAL ANNOUNCEMENT – COVID-19 VIRUS
To My Fellow Co-Workers:
It has come to our attention that the spouse of a Tuscaloosa Plant 1 Shop
employee has been ordered by her employer to self-quarantine at home until
March 25, 2020. These are the facts as we currently know them:
1. Employee’s spouse came into contact at work (medical facility) with a
person who has tested positive for COVID-19 on March 11, 2019.

Coolers) is not experiencing disruptions in material supply, production, lead time, or delivery
at this time. Manufacturing operations are continuing in all four (4) of our plants and all office
activities continue either on site or remotely. We continue to work diligently on contingency
planning so that, in the event disruptions do arise, we are able to maintain as much of our
normal operations as possible.

SHECO Industries Response Plan – COVID-19 VIRUS
To My Fellow Co-Workers:
Effective immediately, SHECO Industries has adopted a Response Plan (attached) for the COVID-19 Virus.
We are continually monitoring this fast moving and very fluid issue in order to protect our employees to
the best of our ability and knowledge. To that end, we have developed the following five tier approach
in order to communicate with you quickly and efficiently the steps the Company is taking to mitigate the
spread of the COVID-19 virus.
As of today, all SHECO Industries locations have adopted a Response Level 3 and we will continue to
monitor the situation and advise as more information is made available. The Company will adjust the
response level by location as conditions warrant and will communicate this with each of you as quickly
and efficiently as possible.

As all of you have most likely heard via the news media by now, the COVID-19
Virus (Coronavirus) has reached the US but has, so far, been mainly
contained. That said, we should all be doing our part to prevent the spread of this
and other viruses by taking preventative measures.
